This policy explains what information Vigyap (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website and app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@vigyap.in.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Workspace content: brands, websites you analyze, brand memory, uploaded logos and product images, campaigns, ads, comments and review decisions.
- Ad account data: if you connect Meta, the ad accounts and Page you choose, an encrypted access token, and the performance results of ads you launch through us.
- Billing details: plan, credits and payment history. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment processor (Razorpay) and never stored by us.
- Usage and device data: log data such as IP address, browser type and actions in the app, used for security and to improve the product.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or email.
How we use information
- To provide the service: analyze websites, generate and render ads, share review links and reports, and launch and track campaigns you choose to run.
- To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and enforce our terms.
- To process payments and manage credits.
- To send service emails such as invites and password resets.
- To improve the product, using aggregated or de-identified information where possible.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your workspace content to advertise to you.
AI processing
To generate brand memory, angles, copy, images and videos, relevant workspace content is sent to AI providers that process it on our behalf. They are bound by agreements that restrict how they use it.
Who we share information with
- Service providers that host, store, process payments, send email or provide AI models for us.
- Ad platforms such as Meta, only when you connect an account and launch ads.
- People you share with: anyone with a review or report link you create can see that campaign's ads or results.
- Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account and workspace data at any time.
Security
Passwords are hashed, ad platform tokens are encrypted, media links are signed and expire, and access is limited to members of each workspace. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict some processing. Contact us to make a request; we'll respond within the time the law requires.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. The browser may also store small preferences, like a dismissed checklist, on your device.

We'll post updates on this page and, for significant changes, let account owners know by email.
