Refund policy

We want paying for Vigyap to feel fair. The Free plan lets you try the full workflow before you pay anything.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan & credits. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• If you forgot to cancel and haven't used any of the new period's credits, contact us within 7 days of the renewal for a full refund of that renewal.
• When you upgrade mid-period, the price difference is charged right away; when you downgrade, the change applies with a new period.

Credit packs

• Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• Packs that have been partly used can't be refunded, but the remaining credits never expire.

Failed generations

If ad generation fails or makes fewer ads than planned, the unused credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Ad spend

Money spent on ads is paid to the ad platform (for example Meta) and falls under their terms, not this policy.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@vigyap.in from your account email with your workspace name. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
