Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Vigyap. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account

Keep your login details safe and tell us about any unauthorized use. You're responsible for activity in your workspaces, including what members you invite do there.

Your content and the ads you make

  • You keep ownership of the content you bring (websites, logos, product images, brand details) and of the ads you create with us.
  • You give us permission to host, process and display that content only to provide the service to you.
  • You confirm you have the rights to the websites, brands and images you use, including for clients you work for.
  • AI output can be wrong or similar to other output. Review every ad before you use it; you're responsible for the ads you publish.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to create unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing ads; to impersonate others; to break ad platform policies; to attack or overload our systems; or to resell access without our permission.

Ad platforms

When you connect an ad account, you authorize us to create and manage campaigns you ask for. Ad spend is billed by the platform to you, not by us, and platform terms and policies apply. We're not responsible for platform decisions such as ad rejections.

Plans, credits and payment

  • Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the current period.
  • Plan credits refresh each period and don't roll over. Purchased credit packs don't expire.
  • Prices and credit costs are shown before you pay. We'll give notice before changing prices for existing subscriptions.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features, and will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what you pay for.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or ad results, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
